kNCE OF A GRADIT DEED TO LOTS S AND T, BLOCK
96, T01~'~Id OF SANTA MONICA TRACT.
'u~HEREAS, the Parking Authority of the City of Santa IVOnica
by motion at its regular meeting held on February 5, 1953, authorized
the Chairman to purchase Lots S and T', Block 96, ri'own of Santa-i~Ionica
Tract, as recorded in Hook 39, Fage ~.5 et seq., Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County; and
u~HERji;AB, said Chairman was authorized to purchase said lots
for the total sum of y~35,000; and
urHEREAS, an escrow has been entered into for the purchase of
said lots at said price;
iJUBJ, THEREFORE, the Parking Authority of the City of Santa
uIonica does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Chairman of the Far. king Authority be
and he hereby is authorized to accept on behalf of the Parking
Authority of the City of Santa T~Ionica a Grant Deed conveying the title
to said hereinabove described real property to said Farking Authority.
SECTIUN 2. The Chairman, shall execute this resolution on
behalf of the said Authority and the Clerk of said body shall certify
to the adoption thereof and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
