'J'hc: Parking Authority of the City of Santa i~-lonica does resolve
as follows:
SEC`!'ION 1. That that certain .Agreement, a copy of which is
attached hereto, wizereby the Parking Authority agrees to purchase Lots
S, 'f, U, V, W and ~d of Block 196, 't'own of Santa i~~ioztica 7.'ract; in the City
of Santa i";onica, from Louis L. l~'ieitus and Sylvia i~ieitus for the amount.
of Two Hundred Tw®lwe Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($212,300.00)
be and the same hereby is approved.
The Crai-rrnan of this Authority hereby is directed and authorized
to execute said Agreement in behalf of said Authority to enter into es-
crow and do all things necessary on behalf of this Authority to consummate
the transfer of title to said property to said Authority.
SECTION 2. `1'he Chairman shall execute this resolution on behalf
of the said Authority and the Clerk of said body shall certify to the
adoption thereof' and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
