SUBJEGT: Auditorium Reflection Pool The City Council has asked for a comparison of the cost of properly main- taining the reflection pool versus the cost of filling the pool and planting shrubs. See attached memo dated July 21, 1960. If it is the desire of the City Council to eliminate the reflection pool, it is the recommendation of the City Manager and the Auditorium Manager that the City Council approve Alternate Plan (c} above since this plan will result in the greatest utility and the minimum maintenance cost.
