Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on April 12, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading. an
ordinance amending the anti-smoking law to correct a clerical error and to reinstate
previously adopted amendments to that law expanding the prohibitions against smoking
in residential common areas. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
