Relating to Public Official Bonding
Introduction
This report transmits the attached ordinance
for second reading and adoption.
Background
The City Council held a public hearing on the
attached ordinance which was introduced at its meeting of
May 9, 1978. The ordinance follows changes recommended
by Mund, McLaurin Insurance Analysts in public official
bonding in the City.
Copies of the previous staff reports are attached
for information purposes, regarding specific changes made
by the ordinance.

Not applicable.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the City
