Background Currently, no provision exists for extending the number of vacation days that the City Manager and City Attorney may accrue. In order to include these positions and to insure that no vacation days are lost because of the inability to take vacation, a resolution should be adopted. Recommendation It is recommended that the attached resolution be adopted to allow the positions of City Manager and City Attorney to extend vacation accrual up to sixty days. Prepared by: DAVID P.
