Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on March 22, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Section 3.12.640 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code related to
the prohibition of vehicles on the public beach and in public parks. The ordinance is
now presented to the City Council for adoption.
