During the course of the City Planning Commission meeting
of May 6, 19'74, various effects of the conversion of existing
apartments into condominiums and the impact on the community
and residents therein was discussed, following which the Plan-
ning Comm.fission approved a motion recommending to the City
Council that further conversion. of apartments to condominiums
be eliminated.
The motion to approve the .recommendation was passed by
