At its meeting on October 23, 1984, the City Council
introduced for first reading an ordinance establishing an
interim conditional use permit approval process for new and
existing alcohol-serving businesses. The accompanying
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
