SUBJECT: Resolution Naming Persons Authorized to Execute Documents
in accordance with the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1951
Introductio
It is necessary to update the Civil Defense Resolution naming persons
authorized to execute documents for Santa Monica Emergency Services.
Background
The current resolution is outdated because of personnel changes in
the position of Emergency Services Coordinator.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached resolution
desinnating John H. Alschuler, Jr., City Manager, James F. Keane,
Chief of Police, and Elaine Kissil, Emergency Services Coordinator,
to execute documents in behalf of Santa Monica Emergency Services
pursuant to the federal Civil Defense Act of 1951.
