CC/HA/RA/PA-2: Resolutions and related documents adopting Fiscal Year 1995-96 Budgets
for the City of Santa Monica, Housing Authority, Redevelopment Agency
and Parking Authority, approving various salary rates and reclassifications
and a recommendation to direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance
to establish a Stormwater Management Enterprise Fund. 2 6.L ~ 1

amendments to the City's nuisance abatement ordinances to simplify the current
procedures, an ordinance prohibiting public nudity in parks and beaches, and amendments
to the Santa Monica Municipal Code clarifying the distinctions between nightclubs and
restaurants, continued from June 13, 1995.
