An adjoumed meeting of the Santa Monica City Council was called to order by Mayor Rosenstein
at 6:0'7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 1995 in the Council Chambers.

City Clerk Clarice E. Dykhouse
Councilmember Holbrook led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United
States of America.
1995-96 CITY BUDGET STUDY SESSION: Presented were 1995-96 budget proposals by the
following: Resource Management Department, City Attorney, Environmental & Public Works
Management Department, Police Department and Capital Improvements Program.
15: PUBLIC INPUT: Members of the public Donna Westbrook, Brookie Westbrook, Glenn
Hiraoka, Colleen Carroll and Jim Donaldson expressed their concerns regarding the airport. No
action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT: At 10:48 p.m., the meeting was adjourned.
