Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 8, 2011, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Chapter 1.08 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code regarding the
rules for use of the City libraries. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
