The; Airport Cormaission, at its regular meeting held
August 9, 1972, forru3aily considered and unanimously recommended
City approval of the requese of W. E. Duke, Sr., to sublease, on
a month-to-month rental, office space in his ars:a on I,uase P,~rcel
20-A. Said space is to be uaed for the continued operation of
the V. 1. P. Ai-r-taxi and 1,€'asiag Company sold by I~3r. Duke to his
former general manager and chief pilot, :5r. William Rirgdahl.
The Airport Commission further reco~7cnended City approv-
al of Mr. Ringdahl's application for a commercial operations
parmit governing the above operation. Said permit will include
tha standard prohibition relative to ,lot flights at this port.
