SR-09-28-1965-8DCITY OF SANTA MONICA 65-C-41 DATE: September 28, 1965 TO: The Honorable City Councii FROi~1: Ferry Scott, City Manager SUBJECT: City-Owned ~ roperties Pursuant to Councsl request during budget sessions, there is attached to this memo a list of City-owned properties. Those properties listed on the second page under the title of "Undeveloped Property Within City" might be considered for ultimate dis osition by the City in connection with developments beneficial to the City. One exception to this classification would be that property identified as part of Crescent Bay Park. It is also possible that the City might realistically consider the disposal of a portion. of the Charnock Wells property, provided the City retains ail water and mineral rights. The portion of th'e Char- nock property which is in excess of the City's future needs "subject to the foregoing reservations" would be that portion of the property fronting on Ocean nark Avenue, which is currently used for radio transmitting facilities and for Little League baseball. ____, ~,y ~~' PERRY OTT City M alter PS/cc c. c.
