SUBJECT: Vacation of Portion of Sixth Street for New Transportation Department
Site
Attached is a sketch showing that a portion of Sixth Street will inter-
fere with the construction of facilities on the new Transportation De-
partment land. If this portion of Sixth Street were vacated, it would
revert to the City since the City is the adjoining fee owner on all sides.
It is requested that the City Council authorize the Street Superintend-
ent to institute proceedings. to vacate said portion o£ Sixth Street.
