Subject: Municipal Code Amendment to Allow Beekeeping in Santa Monica
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 14, 2010, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 4.04.130 to allow
beekeeping in Santa Monica. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
