Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinances.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 14, 2010, the City Council introduced for first reading
ordinances amending the taxicab franchises by increasing the maximum number of
taxicabs per company. The ordinances are now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
