IN RE: Gift of Daniel Schnabel
Mr, Daniel Schnabel of Beverly Hills has made an offer of four oil
paintings by Paul Fr. Weindorf as a gift to the Santa Monica Public
Library. At the meeting of the Library Board on May 12th, 1958,
the Board recommended that the paintings be accepted by the City
Council, and that an appraisal be sent to Mr. Schnabel.
The appraisal. by Mr. Rose of the Lane Galleries in Westwood is
attached .
