Street). Background The. City Clerk. set a public hearing for November 24, 19$1, to hear protests and confirm assessments on the. street lighting district hounded 6y Lincoln Boulevard, Santa Monica Freeway, Fourteenth. Street and Pico Boulevard (excluding Eleventh. StreetJ. The street lighting work %s now completed and the assessment has. been fi,7ed with the Ciay Clerk., It is now necessary to approve. the assessment diagram and to hold the public hearing to hear protests regarding the work. and the correctness of the assessment. Recommendation It i recommended the.
