Pursuant to Council authorizatson, we have ord~s~e~d~asi~" ~ ~~~
received an appraisal on the piece of surplus Water Div-
ision property commanly known as "Ozone Park", which
is a rather narrow, elongated strip of land on the southerly
side o£ Ozone between Seventh and Longfellow Streets.
The City has no present or foreseeable future use far this
property, which should be returned to the tax rolls.
