SUBJECT: Ordinance Adding Section 3390*to Santa DTonica
Municipal Code Relating to Unauthorized Persons
on Punning and Other Sporting Event Courses
At its meeting on November 22, 1983, the City Council
introduced for first reading an ordinance adding Section 3390 to
Santa Monica Municipal Code relating to unauthorized persons
participating in, obstructing, and being present on the approved
course of running and other sporting events sanctioned by the
City. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
RECOPIMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.
