CHAPTER I, ARTICLE IX, OF THE
SANTA MONICA MiJNICIPAL CODE
The City Planning Commission having adopted Resolution
of Intention No. 50-5 to amend Chapter 1, Article IX, of the
Municipal Code of Santa Monica and public hearing having been
held upon such application by the City Planning Commission
becember 14, 1950 in accordance with the provisions of
Sections 9120A and g120A2(b) of the said Code, the City Planning
Commission now finds as follows:
1« That the public neeessity, convenience, general
welfare, or good zoning practice require that said amendment be
enacted in the manner related. in Resolution of Intention No« 50-5,
as corrected, aa3d attached hereto, cor•reotions being shown in red
in Sections 9113A2(s)a g107C3 and Section 9111A3:
Therefore' the City Planning Commission now respectfully
recoarunends to the City Council that the requested amendment be enacted«
Wm. L, Mortensen, Chairman of the Planning Commission, is
hereby authorized anal inst.ru.cted to certify to the foregoing findings
of fact and recommendations«

Commission to amend Chapter 1 of Ax°ticle IX of the Santa Monica
