This is the same price as originally recommended. As indicated in my previous memorandum to you, the appraiser advises that $5 per square foot is within range and reflects favorably on our appraisal of $4,50 per square foot. The .only conditions attached to this price are that Ulrichs retain possession until December 31, 1966 and that in the interim they will give the necessary notices terminating all tenancies as of that date. I recommend that the City Council approve this trans- action as submitted. I have discussed this with the City Manager and he concurs.
