In compliance with this instruction, the Sti°eet Superin'endent distributed a letter-form petition for the installation of street lighting to all property owners on the above ttwo streets, with th.e request that the property owner indicate h.is approval or disapproval of the proposal thereon and retu»n the letter to this office.
