SUBJECT: Petition for Street Lighting - Pine Street,
Lincoln Boulevard to 14th Street.
Transmitted herewith is a petition received by
the Street. Superintendent for installing modern street
lighting on Pine Street between Lincoln Boulevard and
14th Street (using the 15-foot pedestal-type standard).
The petition_is signed by property owners representing
57.4 of the street frontage, as shown in the following
tabulation:
Lincoln Boulevard to 10th Street ------° 56.9
10th Street to 11th Street ------------- 55.9
11th Street to Euclid Street ----------- 59.6
Euclid Street to 14th Street ----------- 57.0

It is recommended that the City Council be re-
quested to instruct the Street Superintendent to institute
proceedings for this improvement under the provisions of
the 1911 Improvement Act.
