SUBJECT: Petition for Street Lighting - 22nd Street, Georgina
Avenue to Carlyle Avenue.
Transmitted herewith is a petition received by the
Street Superintendent for installing modern street
lighting on 22nd Street, between Georgina Avenue
and Carlyle Avenue, using the mast-arm type of
standard. The petition is signed by property
owners representing 81~ of the front footage to be
assessed.
It is recommended that the City Council be requested
to instruct the Street Superintendent to institute
proceedings for this improvement under the provisions
of the 1911 Improvement Act.
