Street Superintendent for installing an incandescent "~ -~~d.3~~~~~'F~~zO
street lighting system on 20th Street between Georgina
Avenue and Carlyle Avenue. The petition is signed by
property owners representing j8.3% of the front footage
to be assessed.
It is recommended that the City Council be requested to
instruct the Street Superintendent to institute pro-
ceedings for this improvement under the provisions of
the 1911 Improvement Act.
