SUBJECT: Petition for Street Lighting on 24th Street between
Ocean Park Boulevard and Grant School
11^ransmitted herewith is a petition received
by the Street Superintendent for installing an incan-
descent street lighting system on 24th Street between
Ocean Park Boulevard and Grant School. The petition
is signed by property owners representing 67.8 of the
front footage to be assessed.
It is recommended that the City Council be
requested to instruct the Street Superintendent to
institute proceedings for this improvement under the
Improvement Act of 1911.
