At the May 10, 1gGQ, meeting of the City Council, a time should be set for holding the public hearing on the Re- development Agency's plan for the redevelopment of Project lA. The date should be any time commencing irrith the *,.veek of June 6, Igo'O, and should be in the Council Chambers. Because of the *,vording of Section 613 of the Charter, I believe that the holding of the r,~eetir.g any place else than the Council Chambers could very easily be attacked. The wording of that section is as follows; "SECTION 613. Place of Meetings. All meetings shall 'ae held in the Council Chambers of the City HaII and shall be open to the public.
