The building is 3 years old and contains 37 parking spaces, a ratio of 1/z to 1. 12 oz the spaces are tandem spaces. iVo limitation as to residency is contemplated. Following a Public Hearing on the matter on February 4th, the Planning Commission determined that the application should. be denied in that the conversion would concievably result in displacement of present residents and increased monthly housing costs.~e vote to deny Tags 5 to 2.
