SUBJECT: Offshore Oil Lease
It is requested that there be added to the continued agenda
of May S, 1981, discussion by the Council of j®ining with
other jurisdictions (such as Mendocino, Humboldt, Santa
Cruz, Sonoma, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo
Counties and the City of Santa Barbara) by retaining joint
counsel in order to intervene in the litigation on Offshore
Oil Lease OCS N0. 53 and appropriation of $S00 for that
effort.
