At its meeting on Juiy 27, 2Q10, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the anti-smoking law to expand the protections fro€n second-hand
smoke in multi-unit residential oornmon areas.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Councii for adoptian.
