A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
AMENDING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-10 TO INCLUDE
ADDITIONAL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS
WHEREAS, the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2009-10 was
submitted to the City Council not less than thirty-five (35) days prior to July 1,
2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on said budget after a
notice of said budget hearing was published not less than ten (10) days prior
thereto; and
WHEREAS, after said public hearing, the City Council considered and
adopted its budget for the fiscal year 2009-10 pursuant to Resolution No. 10410,
and
WHEREAS, during fiscal year 2009-10, the Redevelopment Agency
amended its process of budgeting and tracking all staff costs associated with
planning and designing capital improvement projects, which necessitates
additional reimbursement for those costs to the General Fund and amendment of
Resolution No. 10410.,.
NOW THEREFORE; THE CITY COUNCIL- OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
