Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 8, 2010, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the Santa Monica Municipal Code Chapter 8.08 regarding time
allocated for the processing of Plan Check Applications and Building Permits. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
