13-C: Request of Councilmember O'Day that the Council discuss and consider
adopting a resolution to denounce Arizona's anti-immigration law SB1070,
and place in effect a boycott on Arizona business that would include, but
not be limited to, suspending official city travel to the State of Arizona and
directing staff to review current and likely future contracts to determine the
feasibility of obtaining services from companies located elsewhere.
