In response to publi:;hed Mabee Inviting Raids tpubli=shed 5-9-83) to
furnish and deliver cast iron fittings and valves in accordance with
City specifications, bids were received and ravblicly opened and read
on May 9, 1983, proposal forms were mailed •ro 15 vendors anc:i
notices were advertised in accordance with City Ct•~arter and
Municipal Code provisions. Three responsive proposals were received,
