Introduction
This report transmits for adoption a resolution setting water construction and
connection fees.
Background
At the June 23, 1981, City Council meeting, an ordinance establishing a water
construction and connection fee was presented. The City Council continued the
item to June 30, 1981. The ordinance was introduced for first reading. At the
July 14, 1981, Cnuncil meeting, the ordinance was adopted.
Recommendation
It is recommended City Council adopt the attached resolution setting the water
construction and connection fees.
