Murphy< This is an application for a new 5-unit condominium at 1510 Princeton Street on which no action was taken at the ' May 4, 1981 meeting. As .the applicant had executed a written waiver allowing the Commission 180 days to act on the tentative map it will be deemed approved on Ootober 14g 1981 unless acted upon before that date. Under Section 2(b) of the Interim Permit Procedures Ordinance in effect October 1, 1981, a tentative tract or parcel map for which application has been made cannot be approvedo RECOMMENDATION It is respectfully recommended that Tentative Tract No. 41814 be denied in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 1220.
