This report transmits a Final Map for City Council approval of the following
condominium project:

Background
After public hearing and careful review of the record and staff recommendations,
the City Plannina Cemmission approved the Tentative Map for the above project.
The action of the Planning Commission was based on their finding that the pro-
posed subdivision should cause no subscantial environmental damage and is in
conformance with alt state and local laavs and regulations and applicable General
Plan elements. The Final Map conforms to the Tentative Map. The License Division
reports that the developer has either paid or agreed to pay the condominium tax.
The Building and Safety and Fire Departments indicate that the project meets
present fire safety requirements. Approval by the County Engineer's office has
been received for the protect.
Alternati
State and City ordinances require approval of final subdivision maps which comply
with approved Tentative Maps.
Recommendation
Inasmuch as the Final Map conforms to the approve Tentative Map, the buildings
meet required safety standards and the tax has been paid or an agreement to pay

executed, it is respectfully recommended that the City Council affirm the findings
of the Planning Commission and approve said map.
