Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 23, 2010, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code 4.20.010 relating to the use of
median planting strips and parkways. The ordinance is now presented to the City
Council for adoption.
