Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on February 23, 2010, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance adding Chapter 1.14 to the Santa Monica Municipal Code relating to hearing
officer authorities and decisions. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
