A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFSANTA MONICA
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ON MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VARIOUS GRANT FUNDED PROGRAMS AWARDED
THROUGH THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Monica does hereby authorize the
City Manager to act on behalf of the City of Santa Monica on matters associated with
grants awarded through the 2009 Metropolitan Transportation Administration 2009 Call
for Projects.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution, and
thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
