Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on January 26, 2010, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code 3.04.030 relating to beach parking
lot parking permits. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
