Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on October 27, 2009, the City Council introduced for first reading an
interim ordinance extending Interim Ordinance No. 2295(CCS) which modified the
Ocean Park High Multiple Residential (OP-4) District development standards until
November 10, 2011. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
