A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A RULE 15 AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF
NEW UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL FACILITIES AT
MOUNTAIN VIEW MOBILE HOME PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Public Utilities Commission, Tariff Rule 15,
Southern California Edison Company (SCE) requires an agreement for the installation
and maintenance of a new underground electrical distribution system at Mountain View
Mobile Home Park, located at 1930 Stewart Street; and
WHEREAS, construction of the new underground electrical system is nearly
complete; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the agreement is of direct benefit to the
City of Santa Monica.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Rule 15 Agreement between SCE and the City is approved and
the City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this-Resolution, and
thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
