Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on September 8, 2009, the City Council introduced for first reading. an
interim ordinance modifying the development standards in the OP-4 Ocean Park
Multiple Residential District relating to side yard setback and open space requirements.
The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
