Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on August 11, 2009, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance establishing speed limits pursuant to an Engineering and Traffic Survey and
the California Vehicle Code. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for
adoption.
