AMENDING SANTA MONICA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 2.68.010,
2.68.030, 2.68.040, 2.68.050, 2.68.060, 2.68.070 AND
2.68.080 RELATING TO PROCEDURES AND POLICIES OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVEIAPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
INTRODUCTION
At its meeting on April 25, 1995, the City Council introduced for
first reading an ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code
Sections 2.68.010, 2.68.030, 2.68.040, 2.68.050, 2.68.060, 2.68.070
and 2.68.080 relating to procedures and policies of the Community
Development Block Grant Program, The ordinance is now presented to
the City Council for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be
adopted.
