SUBJECT: Final Map Approval `
Introduction
This report transmits a Final Tract Map for City Council approval of the follow-
ing subdivision project:
TRACT ADDRESS DEVELOPER LOTS
33129 2600 block, Thirty-third Michael L. Keele 8
& Thirty fourth Streets Enterprises, Inc.
Background
After public hearing and careful review of the record and staff recommendations,
the City Planning Commission approved the Tentative .Tract Map for the above pro-
ject. The action of the Planning Commission was based on their finding that the
proposed subdivision should cause no substantial environmental damage and is in
conformance with all state and local laws and regulations and applicable General
Plan elements. The Final Map conforms to the Tentative Map. Approval by the
County Engineer's office has been received for the project.
Alternatives
State and City ordinances require approval of Final Tract M11aps which comply with
approved Tentative Maps.
Recommendation
Inasmuch as the Final Map conforms to the approved Tentative Map, it is respect-
fully recommended that the City Council affirm the findings of the Planning Com-
mission and approve said Map.
